How do I generate a PDF quotation?
Add products from the catalogue to your cart, select your destination country, complete your company profile and generate the PDF from the quotation preview.
How are taxes calculated?
VAT is applied automatically based on the buyer's country. Use the international comparator to assess the total cost across markets.
What are the benefits of Gold, Silver and Bronze partners?
Partners receive additional discounts on the base price: Gold 8%, Silver 5% and Bronze 2%. Your tier is shown in your profile and applied when generating quotations.
Can I share a quotation with my client?
Yes. Each generated quotation includes a secure public link to share the commercial quote without the recipient needing portal access.
How do I contact commercial support?
Use the portal contact form or reach out to your assigned account manager. All enquiries are logged for follow-up.
